Upon completion of the program, the students must have the following to take the exam:

- 75 classroom training hours | 16 clinical hours
- Certificate of completion
- must have your name, date of training completion & instructor/ director's signature
- On the day of the exam, you must have:
- Two (2) forms of proper identification
- Three (3) No. 2 pencils (sharpened)
- Eraser
- Know your Social Security number
- Watch with a second hand
No other materials will be allowed.
